През март 2020 действителните собственици на всяка компания на Сейшелските острови ще бъдат регистрирани в база данни, до която Отделът за финансово разузнаване и други местни агенции имат пряк достъп. Регистърът приема само физически лица и не приема юридически лица. Трябва да се отбележи, че и номинираният, и номиниращият трябва да бъдат регистрирани. Ако действителният собственик е тръст, няма подслон: или учредителят, или всички действителни собственици ще трябва да бъдат регистрирани.
