Σε ισχύ την 1η Απριλίου 2020: το ετήσιο τέλος συντήρησης αυξάνεται από 450 $ σε 500 $ για όλες τις LLC και τις IBC. Συνεταιρισμοί και Αλλοδαπή Ναυτιλιακή Οντότητα (FME) είναι αμετάβλητα.
Αυτή η αύξηση οφείλεται στο κόστος συμμόρφωσης με τους κανονισμούς για τις οικονομικές ουσίες που ωθούνται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση στις Νήσους Μάρσαλ.
Μιλώντας για Κυριαρχία: do not be surprised Brexit happened. After all the Marshall Islands are not in the EU so it is easy to walk on them. It was written already: the Article 4(2) of the Treaty on European Union respects other Member States only.
Let’s send a big thank you to the European Union for making everyone US$50 poorer! Fortunately: that extra levy will go to the Marshall Islands (and not the EU!).
