Maaliskuussa 2020 kaikkien Seychellien yritysten tosiasialliset edunsaajat rekisteröidään tietokantaan, johon rahanpesun selvittelykeskuksella ja muilla paikallisilla virastoilla on suora pääsy. Rekisteriin hyväksytään vain luonnollisia henkilöitä eikä oikeushenkilöitä. On huomattava, että sekä ehdokas että nimeäjä on rekisteröitävä. Effective 1st of April 2020: the yearly maintenance fee increases from US$450 to US$500 for all LLCs and IBCs. Partnerships and Foreign Maritime Entity (FME) are unchanged.
