Wyomingin ulkoministeri nostaa hintojaan:
- from $50 to $60 vuosikertomusta varten ;
- from $0 to $5 rekisteröidyn edustajan vaihdosta ;
- $10 sarjaa kohti (luomis- tai liittämishetkellä).
Ennen tätä päivämäärää oli mahdollista luoda rajoittamaton määrä sarjoja: too bad if you have missed this opportunity. Our company has just saved $400 because we had created forty Series.
The good news is that it is now possible to get a Certificate of Good Standing for a specific Series for a fee of $20 sarjaa kohti. Certificate of Good Standing for the main LLC remains free on the Secretary of State’s website.
