איי סיישל יוצר פנקס של בעלים מועילים

במרץ 2020 הבעלים המועילים של כל חברות באיי סיישל יירשמו במסד נתונים שאליו יש ליחידת המודיעין הפיננסי ולסוכנויות מקומיות אחרות גישה ישירה.

המרשם מקבל רק אנשים טבעיים ואינו מקבל אנשים משפטיים.

It has to be noted that both the nominee and the nominator have to be registered. If the beneficial owner is a trust there is no shelter: either the settlor or all the beneficial owners will have to be registered.
