Selepas Belize, Barbados is the next country to alter their assets rules for IBCs and ISRLs (Masyarakat Antarabangsa dengan Liabiliti Terhad). IBC dan ISRL akan ditamatkan secara berperingkat pada 30 Jun 2021, dan semua syarikat akan ditukar menjadi RBC (Syarikat Barbados Biasa). This was done under the pressure of the OECD and the EU Code of Conduct Group.
