Het is voorbij! Het regime van Dominica voor internationale zakenbedrijven wordt officieel afgeschaft vanaf 1 januari 2022. Deze bedrijven hebben de mogelijkheid om zich opnieuw te registreren als lokaal bedrijf (de deadline was 31 December 2021) and be subject to the Dominica’s local 25% vennootschapsbelasting.
Alle lokale agenten zijn daarom failliet.
