Ni presenetljivo, da se Belize še naprej strelja v stopalo. Verjetno kaže, da ta jurisdikcija išče vaš denar (in ni jim mar, da bi vam ustregli). V dveh predpisih (datiran 2018 in 2019), vlada prepovedala:
- vsi IBC-ji iz lastništva intelektualne lastnine (!)
- all IBCs from being holding companies (holding shares of other companies).
Penalty is: US$25,000 for the first offence, and US$100,000 for any subsequent one.
