Noong Marso 2020 ang mga kapaki-pakinabang na may-ari ng bawat kumpanya sa Seychelles ay irerehistro sa isang database kung saan ang Financial Intelligence Unit at iba pang lokal na ahensya ay may direktang access.
Ang rehistro ay tumatanggap lamang ng mga natural na tao at hindi tumatanggap ng mga legal na tao.
It has to be noted that both the nominee and the nominator have to be registered. If the beneficial owner is a trust there is no shelter: either the settlor or all the beneficial owners will have to be registered.
