Từ ngày 05/JUN/2024, Rwanda sẽ có thể cấp và chấp nhận Apostilles! Rwanda là ngọn hải đăng của sự sạch sẽ ở Châu Phi.

Sau nhiều thập kỷ thụt lùi, hợp pháp hóa kiểu cũ và đau đớn thông qua các đại sứ quán: Canada cuối cùng sẽ thực thi Công ước Apostille của The Hague từ ngày 11/JAN/2024!

Thật vui mừng khi Trung Quốc hiện là một phần của công ước Hague Apostille kể từ hôm nay (07/THÁNG MƯỜI MỘT/2023). Thật không may, Apostilles Trung Quốc không phải là (nhưng) được Ấn Độ và bất kỳ quốc gia nào khác không được Trung Quốc công nhận, nhưng điều này rất có thể sẽ thay đổi trong (gần) tương lai.

In March 2020 the beneficial owners of every companies in the Seychelles will be registered in a database to which the Financial Intelligence Unit and other local agencies have direct access. The register only accepts natural persons and do not accept legal persons. It has to be noted that both the nominee and the nominator have to be registered.
