05/JUN/2024 alkaen Ruanda voi myöntää ja hyväksyä Apostilleja! Ruanda on puhtauden majakka Afrikassa.

Vuosikymmenten takapajuisuuden jälkeen, vanhanaikaiset ja tuskalliset laillistamiset suurlähetystöjen kautta: Kanada panee vihdoin täytäntöön Haagin Apostille-yleissopimuksen 11.1.2024 alkaen!

On erittäin iloista, että Kiina on nyt osa Haagin apostille-sopimusta tästä päivästä lähtien (07/MARRAS/2023). Valitettavasti kiinalaiset apostillet eivät ole (vielä) Intian ja muiden Kiinan tunnustamattomien valtioiden tunnustama, Mutta tämä todennäköisesti muuttuu (lähellä) tulevaisuus.
