After Belize, Barbados is the next country to alter their assets rules for IBCs and ISRLs (Mednarodna družba z omejeno odgovornostjo). IBC in ISRL bodo postopoma opuščeni 30. junija 2021, in vsa podjetja bodo preoblikovana v RBC (Običajna podjetja Barbadosa). This was done under the pressure of the OECD and the EU Code of Conduct Group.
