Epektibo sa ika-1 ng Abril 2020: ang taunang bayad sa pagpapanatili ay tumataas mula US$450 hanggang US$500 para sa lahat ng LLC at IBC. Partnerships at Foreign Maritime Entity (FME) ay hindi nagbabago.
Ang pagtaas na ito ay dahil sa gastos ng pagsunod sa mga regulasyon ng Economic Substance na itinulak ng European Union sa Marshall Islands.
Pinag-uusapan ang Soberanya: do not be surprised Brexit happened. After all the Marshall Islands are not in the EU so it is easy to walk on them. It was written already: the Article 4(2) of the Treaty on European Union respects other Member States only.
