OtoCo reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. OtoCo reserves the right to restrict service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.

To that end, the Service is not offered to individuals or entities on any Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists, or subject to any United States, European Union, or other global sanctions or watch lists. By using the Service, end users represent and warrant that they are not on any such lists.

Dès ses débuts, PROMINEE® a toujours voulu rationaliser le processus de constitution en offrant un « fait pour toi » service, et pour faire connaître votre client (KYC) le plus bas possible. Mais PROMINEE® est une entreprise PRE-KYC (il effectue le KYC avant le début de tout service). Il n'est pas nécessaire d'écrire trop à ce sujet (PROMINEE® est’il n'est pas là pour former ni enseigner à ses concurrents). Mais le client/prospect doit savoir que le concept d’un POST-KYC est définitivement un désastre imminent.… Malheureusement, un monde POST-KYC est impossible (sinon beaucoup d'autres entreprises l'auraient adopté). OtoCo.io n'est pas en mesure d'appliquer ses propres conditions & conditions (par sa conception très opérationnelle): comment pouvez-vous transférer votre propre responsabilité KYC à votre propre client?…
