Sa daan patungo sa Senado ng US, ang panukalang batas na ito (H.R. 2513) gagawing mandatory ang pagsisiwalat ng kapaki-pakinabang na may-ari(s) ng anumang LLC o Corporation: sinumang may higit sa 25% pagmamay-ari. Annual reports will be made to FinCEN. Ang ibinunyag na impormasyon ay hindi magagamit sa publiko. Ang data na isisiwalat ay:
- the full legal name ;
- the date of birth ;
- the current residential address ;
- and the current valid passport number (or valid US state driver license number).
Exempted entities are: insurances, mga bangko, any SEC regulated entities, churches, o 501(c) non-profit entities.
