In Maart 2020 die regte eienaars van elke onderneming in die Seychelle sal geregistreer word in 'n databasis waartoe die finansiële intelligensie -eenheid en ander plaaslike agentskappe direkte toegang het.

Die register aanvaar slegs natuurlike persone en aanvaar nie regspersone nie.

It has to be noted that both the nominee and the nominator have to be registered. If the beneficial owner is a trust there is no shelter: either the settlor or all the beneficial owners will have to be registered.
