În martie 2020 proprietarii efectivi ai fiecărei companii din Seychelles vor fi înregistrați într-o bază de date la care Unitatea de Informații Financiare și alte agenții locale au acces direct.

Registrul acceptă doar persoane fizice și nu acceptă persoane juridice.

It has to be noted that both the nominee and the nominator have to be registered. If the beneficial owner is a trust there is no shelter: either the settlor or all the beneficial owners will have to be registered.
