V marci 2020 skutoční vlastníci všetkých spoločností na Seychelách budú zaregistrovaní v databáze, do ktorej má priamy prístup Finančná spravodajská jednotka a ďalšie miestne agentúry.

Register prijíma iba fyzické osoby a neprijíma právnické osoby.

It has to be noted that both the nominee and the nominator have to be registered. If the beneficial owner is a trust there is no shelter: either the settlor or all the beneficial owners will have to be registered.
