U ožujku 2020 stvarni vlasnici svake tvrtke na Sejšelima bit će registrirani u bazi podataka kojoj Financijska obavještajna jedinica i druge lokalne agencije imaju izravan pristup.

Registar prima samo fizičke osobe, a ne pravne osobe.

It has to be noted that both the nominee and the nominator have to be registered. If the beneficial owner is a trust there is no shelter: either the settlor or all the beneficial owners will have to be registered.
