החל מה-1 באפריל 2020: עמלת התחזוקה השנתית עולה מ-450 דולר ל-500 דולר עבור כל חברות LLC ו-IBC. שותפויות ויישות ימית זרה (FME) הם ללא שינוי.

עלייה זו נובעת מעלות הציות לתקנות החומרים הכלכליים שדחף האיחוד האירופי לאיי מרשל.

מדברים על ריבונות: do not be surprised Brexit happened. After all the Marshall Islands are not in the EU so it is easy to walk on them. It was written already: the Article 4(2) of the Treaty on European Union respects other Member States only.
