În vigoare de la 1 aprilie 2020: taxa anuală de întreținere crește de la 450 USD la 500 USD pentru toate SRL-urile și IBC-urile. Parteneriate și Entitate Maritimă Străină (FME) sunt neschimbate.

Această creștere se datorează costului conformității cu reglementările privind substanțele economice impuse de Uniunea Europeană în Insulele Marshall..
