Non sorprende molto che il Belize continui a darsi la zappa sui piedi. Probabilmente dimostra che questa giurisdizione è solo alla ricerca dei tuoi soldi (e a loro non importa di servirti). In due regolamenti (datato 2018 e 2019), il governo ha vietato:

• tutte le IBC dal detenere proprietà intellettuale (!)
• all IBCs from being holding companies (holding shares of other companies).

Penalty is: US$25,000 for the first offence, and US$100,000 for any subsequent one.

If your IBC is a shareholder of any other company in the world: you are committing an offence.
