• no $0 uz $5 par reģistrētā aģenta maiņu ;
• $10 par sēriju (izveides vai iekļaušanas laikā).

The good news is that it is now possible to get a Certificate of Good Standing for a specific Series for a fee of $20 par sēriju. Certificate of Good Standing for the main LLC remains free on the Secretary of State’s website.
