The Wyoming Secretary of State is increasing its prices:

• od $50 do $60 pre výročnú správu ;
• od $0 do $5 pre zmenu registrovaného zástupcu ;
• $10 za sériu (v čase vytvorenia alebo začlenenia).

It was possible to create an unlimited amount of Series before that date: too bad if you have missed this opportunity. Our company has just saved $400 because we had created forty Series.

The good news is that it is now possible to get a Certificate of Good Standing for a specific Series for a fee of $20 za sériu. Certificate of Good Standing for the main LLC remains free on the Secretary of State’s website.
