Wyomings utrikesminister höjer sina priser:

• från $50 till $60 för årsredovisningen ;
• från $0 till $5 för byte av registrerad agent ;
• $10 per serie (vid skapandetiden eller inkorporeringstiden).

Det var möjligt att skapa ett obegränsat antal serier före det datumet: too bad if you have missed this opportunity. Our company has just saved $400 because we had created forty Series.

The good news is that it is now possible to get a Certificate of Good Standing for a specific Series for a fee of $20 per serie. Certificate of Good Standing for the main LLC remains free on the Secretary of State’s website.
