Späť dnu 2014 my (voľne) advised to stay away from the iCommerceRegistry of the Gambia. Webová stránka je stále online, ale jej obsah je preč len s touto červenou správou: “Z dôvodu súčasných technických povinností nemôže iCommerceRegistry v súčasnosti prijať žiadnych nových agentov“. V auguste 2016: Streber published an announcement from the Ministry of Justice of the Gambia confirming the illegitimate operation (this press release is a dead link today).

The iCommerceRegistry adventure lasted 2 rokov (very short!). This is probably what happened (which is common across Africa):

• maybe the start of operation was legit, but the Gambia (corrupt) bureaucrats decided to cut them off after a disagreement
• any agreement with the Gambian government (either oral or written) cannot be enforced in any way, so the operation had to close
• gambijská vláda sa nestará o ich povesť, ani o žiadnych zahraničných investoroch.

Nemyslite si, že prst smeruje na Afriku, ani mnohé západné jurisdikcie nie sú vzorom stability (pozri zoznam nižšie).

Ako podnikateľ: naozaj sa chcete držať ďalej od takýchto jurisdikcií a ísť do tých stabilných s históriou a dobrými výsledkami.

V tomto zmysle sa tieto jurisdikcie neodporúčajú:

• Gambia
• Libéria: povesť je už taká zlá, ale je tam aj horšie: v 2016 jeho hodnotenie indexu ekonomickej slobody je 143, dokonca aj investovanie na Komoroch (zoradené 141) alebo Gambia (zoradené 119) je menej riziková!
• Island: bankrot
• Cyprus: bankrot
• Ukrajina: napadol
• Francúzsko: plný hlupákov bohatstva.
