Ceļā uz ASV Senātu, šis likumprojekts (H.R. 2513) padarīs obligātu faktiskā īpašnieka atklāšanu(s) jebkura SIA vai korporācija: ikviens, kam ir vairāk nekā 25% īpašumtiesības. Annual reports will be made to FinCEN. Izpaustā informācija nebūs publiski pieejama. Izpaužamie dati būs:

• the full legal name ;
• the date of birth ;
• the current residential address ;
• and the current valid passport number (or valid US state driver license number).

Exempted entities are: insurances, banks, jebkurš SEC regulated entities, churches, vai 501(c) non-profit entities.
