Ein Kunde hatte ein Konto bei HFM.com eröffnet und erlebte nach erneuter Anmeldung eine böse Überraschung 3 Jahre später: Habe einen Nullsaldo gefunden.
Was ihre Bedingungen sagen (Schlüsselpunkte)
- Archived account (after 60 days of no activity)
- If there’s no trading/financial activity for 60 days, a trading account can be “archived.” Before archiving, any remaining balance is transferred out of the trading account into your myHF wallet; the account can be restored only at the company’s discretion. (hfm.com)
- Dormant Account (after 6 months of no activity)
- If there is no deposit/withdrawal or trading (opening/closing orders) for 6 months, the account becomes “Dormant.” (hfm.com)
- Monthly Dormant Fee schedule (deducted from any remaining balance):
- Months 6–12: $5/month
- Year 1–2: $10/month
- Year 2–3: $20/month
- Over 3 years: previous year’s monthly fee + $10/month, continuing until the balance reaches $0
- If the balance is less than the fee, they can deduct the remaining amount and terminate the account (with notice). No charge if the balance is already $0. They also reserve the right to charge the fee retroactively if a month was missed due to technical reasons. (hfm.com)
