• $10 per Seri (pada waktu pembuatan atau waktu penggabungan).

The good news is that it is now possible to get a Certificate of Good Standing for a specific Series for a fee of $20 per Seri. Certificate of Good Standing for the main LLC remains free on the Secretary of State’s website.
